- The selected students can use any online bank account having 13 to 17 digits or any mobile banking account.
- The online bank account or mobile banking account must be opened by using the national ID cards of selected students’ father or mother.
- If any student has a previous account, then there is no necessity to open an account again.
- If a parent has more than one child studying in the secondary or higher secondary level, then separate accounts should be opened for different students using the father’s or mother’s nationals ID card.
- The national ID card number of parents in the accounts must be the same as the national ID card number of parents in the HSP MIS portal.

How to Entry the Information in HSP MIS?
There are some rules to entry the students’ information in the HSP MIS portal. These rules are described below:
- The specific institution needs to entry the information of selected students of class 6 in the 2025 education year and class 11 in the 2023-2025 education year. This information must be included from 8th March 2025 to 7th April 2025.
- If the students of secondary level get admission to class nine and are selected for the stipend, then their information needs to be included in the HSP MIS system.
- The birth certificate for the students should be used as the UID number of the students.
- It is also important to entry the name of the students’ father or mother and national ID card number in order to entry the correct information of students in HSP MIS.
- It is prohibited to provide User ID and password to the institution out of the HSP stipend program. It is also prohibited to entry information of students of such institution to the HSP MIS.
