Educational Requirements:
- Curious students have to passed SSC or similar exam in 2020 & 2021 from science group,
- Curious students have to passed HSC or similar exam in 2022 & 2023 from science group,
- Their totals CGPA are 9.00 both of SSC or similar exam & HSC or similar exam,
- They must get CGPA 4.00 in both of SSC or similar exam & HSC or similar exam,
- Below CGPA 3.50 will not allowed in any exam,
- They have to obtain at least CGPA 3.50 in Biology subject (HSC or similar exam,
Those students were passed SSC or equivalent exam in before 2014; they are not qualified for this exam.

Physical Fitness for AFMC Cadet:
AFMC Cadets will have to be capable in medical or health test by medical board. Weight should be as Army weight chart, but maximum 15 pounds will be considered.
How to Apply Armed Forces Medical College Admission?
Application procedure is completely ‘On line’. To complete the procedure candidates shall do the followings:
- Web address is http://afmc.teletalk.com.bd
- Candidate shall get home page of the admission web site. The page shows two paths. First, for the candidate passed in National Curriculum and second for the Candidate passed in GCE (O/A/both).
- Candidates interested for first path shall select that and press next. A web page will open, on which candidate has to type his/her SSC & HSC roll number, registration no and has to select education board & year of passing. On pressing next “Application Form” will appear.
- Candidates interested for second path shall select that and press next. A web page will open, on which candidate has to type his/her code number received from Director, Medical Educations DGHS. On pressing next “Application Form” will appear.
- Candidate has to complete the form by typing and selecting options. In addition following two documents are required to be attached:
(a) Photo – Recent, Size: 300/ 300 Pixel & less than 100 kb and jpg format.
(b) Signature – Recent, Size: 300/80 Pixel & less than 60 kb and jpg format.
- On successful completion of form candidate shall select ‘submission’. A “Students Copy” of submitted form will appear.
- Candidate has to pay Tk 1,000/- (One Thousand) by Teletalk number within 48hrs of submission of form. Any candidate fails to do so, the submitted form will be cancelled. That candidate can submit application again, if last date of submission is still there.
- Candidate selected for written examination will get SMS information. Those selected candidates will be able to download ‘Admit Card’ using user id and pass word from the same web address during last 4 days prior to exam. Admit card may be color/black & white print, preferably laser print. Roll number, date & time of examination, Examination Centre, medium of question (Bengali/English) and various instructions will be on ‘Admit Card’.
- For O/A both passed Candidate. They must put GPA/GP as per the equivalence certificate issued from Directorate General of Health Services of Bangladesh Government.

Conditions of AMC Medical cadet:
- After completed of Internship program, AMC cadet will have to join Army Medical Corps,
- AMC Cadets will be free from admission charge & tuition fees,
- They will have to pay their caution money, messing, library charge, laundry charge, outfit, magazine charge & games & sports charge,
- AMC Cadets will get BDT. 1500 in every month as their pocket money,
- AMC Cadet will have to be Bangladeshi by birth,
- Their age should be highest 20 years old,
- AMC Cadets & their guardians will have to promised to the authority that, after completed of Internship program & MBBS Course from AFMC, they will have to join Army Medical Corps permanently. If they will not join here or unwilling to join, then they will have to pay a fixed compensation to the authority.

Conditions of FMC Medical Cadet:
- Their age should be maximum 20 years old,
- AMC Cadet will have to be Bangladeshi by birth,
- AFMC Cadets will have to pay their caution money, messing, library charge, laundry charge, outfit, magazine charge & games & sports charge, admission charge & tuition fees & other charges,
- During admission time, students & guardians will be promised to the authority that studying time of MBBS Course & Internship time if any student will willing to leave or expel, then they will have to pay a fixed compensation to the authority.
