Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science & Technology University Admission Notice 2025. Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science & Technology University Admission Notice for the educational Year 2024-2025 of Graduation courses 1st year 1st Semester has declared. Application time will begin from February 9 & application dead time will be on March 6. Admission test will be held on 21th April to 24th April.
Apply Process of HSTU Admission Test 2025:
Interested applicants will have to apply by only online process. They ought to apply by HSTU website at https://admission.hstu.ac.bd/admission-information & as well our website. Application charge is BDT. 1000. Applicants have to pay this apply charge by only DBBL mobile banking.
Application Date: 9th February 2025 to 6th March 2025.
Admit Card Download: 13 April 2025 to 20 April 2025.
- Admission test : 21th April to 24th April.
Eligibility:
- Interested applicant has to completed HSC or similar exam in 2023 or 2024,
- He/she ought to passed SSC or equivalent exam in 2021 or 2022,
- Those applicants completed SSC or similar exam in before 2021 and then they will not able to apply here,
- Applicant must get minimum CGPA 3.00 (out of CGPA 5.00) in SSC & HSC exam separately,
- They have to obtain total at least CGPA 6.50 both of SSC & HSC exam.
Quota System
- 5% Quota is reserved for Freedom Fighters Family Member
- 1% Tribal Quota
- 1% for family member for University Stuff
- 5 Seats for BKSP Students
- 80 Seats for Foreign Students

Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science & Technology University Admission
HSTU is relatively new as a university having been established in 1999. However, as an academic institution its history dates back to 1979 when it started its journey as an Agricultural Extension Training Institute (AETI) created to offer three year diploma course in Agriculture. In a matter of a decade it was elevated to degree-giving institution in 1988 and named as Hajee Mohammad Danesh Agricultural College. Eventually, based on the performance of Agricultural College but more importantly to cater to the crying need for highly skilled manpower in Science and Technology and for promotion of research in these vital areas. there is no available seat in hostel, that’s why new students will not get the hostel facility said by authority.
Special Instructions:
a) Carrying any type of electronic device (such as watches, calculators, mobile phones, etc.) inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
b) A minimum of 30 marks is required for admission to all units and quota categories.
c) Candidates who pass the admission test must fill out their course selection form (Choice Form) online to confirm their admission status, avoiding any complications after application.
d) For the ‘C’ unit, 70% of total applications are reserved for Science/Humanities students, while for the ‘D’ unit, 60% of applications are reserved for Humanities and 40% for Science/Business students.
e) Admission test results and related information will be published on the university’s notice board and website (https://hstu.ac.bd/admission/index) in due time.
f) If any false information is provided in the application, if a mobile phone is used, or if any irregularities occur, the application will be canceled immediately.
g) The university authority reserves the right to add, modify, or change any necessary information.
h) Due to a lack of vacant seats in residential halls, no accommodation facilities will be provided at this time.
