HSC vocational is a technical degree offered by Bangladesh Technical Education Board. It is a technical degree that focuses more on hands-on practical training rather than academic education that explains things in a logical way. HSC Vocational Admission Circular

The Bangladesh Technical Education Board has released the circular for academic session 2023-2025 on 9th December. According to the circular, the eligibility to apply for government institutes is SSC & Dakhil (vocational). The passing year is flexible for the applicants. And for private institutes, applicants passed in between the year of 2009 to 2025 from SSC, Dakhil, Open University, and equivalent level.

How to Apply for HSC Vocational Admission?

Interested applicants can apply for HSC vocational curriculum online. The first step of the application procedure is to pay the application fee of 150 takas through Bkash, Rocket, and SureCash. The applicant can start applying 30mins after paying the fee. Visit http://btebadmission.gov.bd/ and click on the desired program. A web page will open for the relevant program. Click ‘Apply Now’.

Then enter SSC/equivalent exam roll number, registration number, board name, passing year, and cell phone number. Click ‘Next’ and all the information about the applicant will show up. Upload a picture in JPG format within the size of 50KB, click ‘save and next’. An account will open for the applicant and from this point on, the applicant will be able to select an institution, preferred district, branch, and shift of the program and submit the application.

For government institute, the applicant will have to select quota if applicable along with the desired technology/program. Upon entering the necessary information, the applicant will be able to change, add, and remove the selected institution. If the applicant chooses multiple programs, separate payments have to be made. One applicant can apply for up to 5 programs at once.

Diploma in Commerce Admission 2025

Bangladesh Technical Education Board also offers a Diploma in Commerce program which is a 2-year long degree equivalent to HSC. The eligibility for admission and admission process is similar to other programs in Vocational Institutes. The online application fee is 150 taka and the admission fee is 195 taka.

BTEB BM Admission Circular 2025

Business Management program is offered by the private institutes under the Vocational curriculum that is equivalent to the HSC program. Except for this degree is specialized in business management studies. A BM degree holder can apply for government jobs right after graduation along with the academic graduates.

Deadline of HSC Vocational

The entire admission process will be conducted online in 2 phases. The process will begin on 10th August and end at 11.59 on 29th August. The second phase will start from 1st September and end at 11.59 pm on 20th September. It is important for an applicant to keep track of deadlines. We suggest the interested applicants apply as soon as possible. After the online application is completed, applicants are asked to visit the relevant institute and finish the formalities on campus within 7 days. IF not, the admission will be canceled.
