Jagannath University (JnU) has cancelled the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) system in all academic examinations, including in the honours admission tests. The decision was taken in the 77th syndicate meeting held at the university in Dhaka on Thursday.

JNU Admit Card Download
From those websites at http://jnu.teletalk.com.bd & www.jnu.ac.bd and also our website, applied applicants can collect their admission test admit card. To collect this, they have to upload scanned 1 copy own photo (300*300 pixel, highest 100 kb) & sign (300*80 pixel, highest 60 kb) in these link. Then they ought to complete subject choice. After they must print 2 copies admit card. 1 admit card for own & another for exam visitor. Admit card collect process was on going on 30th September (Wednesday) 2025 at 11:59 pm.
Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Dr Mijanur Rahman told: “The MCQ system will no longer be implemented in honours admission tests, semester tests and final examinations. “The decision will come into effect immediately.”
Every student has to write the answers to questions on paper. We took the decision to further increase the quality of education provided here. The teachers are not allowed to use multimedia content while taking under graduate level classes. If it is a video or illustrated content, then it can be used under special permission. Prof Mijanur revealed that that the teachers will have to recommend standard, easy-to-find and relatively cheap textbooks for their students, and the use of reference books will be encouraged as well.
