Admission to the BUTEX is highly competitive and needs a high academic attainment at the SSC and HSC level. Selection of the student for admission is made through admission test of 200 marks and considering GPA of SSC and HSC (Details in admission notice). Admission Test Information & Question Outline:

• Time duration of Bangladesh University of Textiles Admission Circular 2015-16 will be 1 hour & 20 minutes,
• Admission test question system will be MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) technique,
• 50 marks will be cut down for every mistaken,
• In admission test, entire marks will 200,
• 100 MCQ will in question paper,
• 40% marks will SSC or equal exam result, 60% marks will HSC or equal exam result will be added with admission test marks,
• Below 100 marks, any candidates will not get chance in merit list,
• Any electronic device like watch, pen, sim card, mobile phone & calculator or anything like that will not allow in exam hall,
