১) আবেদন করার সময় ছবি, জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র ও সংযোগস্থলের খারিজের স্ক্যান কপি সংযুক্ত করতে হবে।
২) সার্ভিস ড্রপের দুরত্ব (সংযোগস্থল হইতে সার্ভিস পোলের দুরত্ব)১৩০ ফুটের মধ্যে হতে হবে।
৩) সঠিক ভাবে মেপে সার্ভিস ড্রপের দুরত্ব প্রদান করুন। সার্ভিস ড্রপের দুরত্ব সঠিক না হলে তারের দৈর্ঘ্য কম/বেশি পারে। ভুল তথ্য দিলে পরবর্তীতে সংযোগ পেতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
৪) মোট লোড ৮০ কিলোওয়াট এর বেশি হলে এইচটি সংযোগের নিয়মাবলী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
