জানা গেছে, ৩৭ হাজারের বেশি প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগ দেয়া হচ্ছে। ৩২ হাজার ৫৭৭ জন শিক্ষক নিয়োগে বিজ্ঞপ্তি দেয়া হলেও পদের সংখ্যা আরও ৫ হাজারের মতো বাড়ছে বলে জানিয়েছেন প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ে সচিব ফরিদ আহাম্মদ।

On Monday DPE Director General AFM Manzoor Qadir told to the reporters that, the task of publishing the written test results of the recruitment of “Assistant Teacher” is in the final stage. Thinking of releasing the result from 12th June (Sunday) 2024 is being considered. Although recruitment tests are conducted in four phases, the results will be published in all districts simultaneously.

Meanwhile, the first phase of the written examination for the recruitment of “Assistant Teacher” of the primary school was held by 3 steps. The dates re given below:-
- 1st Phase Exam will be held on 8th December 2023
- 2nd Phase Exam will be held on 2nd February (Friday) 2024.
- 3rd Phase Exam will be held on March 2024.
Note that the ‘Assistant Teacher’ recruitment notification was released on 30th July (Monday) 2023 last year. The online application process was started on 1st August (Wednesday) 2023 & ends on 30th August (Thursday) 2023.
