Application Form Submission: Application Form Submission time interested candidates have to submit photocopy of SSC Transcript or internet print out copy, photocopy of SSC Admit card & 2 copies recent passport size color photograph with application form. They have to write Permit Slip No. on the top of right side in photocopy. They have to keep this Permit Slip very carefully. Permit Slip will be used in admission related all works. If this Permit Slip will lose then candidates have to inform Holy Cross College authority immediately. In application submission date candidates have to present at college campus. Candidates or their parents & guardians can collect application form.
