শরীফ থেকে শরিফা হওয়ার গল্প ইস্যু- Class 7 book

সপ্তম শ্রেণির ইতিহাস ও সামাজিক বিজ্ঞান পাঠ্যবইয়ের ‘মানুষে মানুষে সাদৃশ্য ও ভিন্নতা’ অধ্যায়ের ৩৯ পৃষ্ঠায় ‘নতুন পরিচয়’ অংশে বলা হয়েছে, “(স্কুলে) পরের ক্লাসে খুশি আপা একজন অতিথিকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে এলেন। তিনি বললেন, ইনি ছোটবেলায় তোমাদের স্কুলে সপ্তম শ্রেণি পর্যন্ত পড়েছেন। আজ এসেছেন, নিজের স্কুলটা দেখতে। সুমন জানতে চাইল, আপনার নাম কী? তিনি বললেন, আমার নাম শরীফা আকতার।”

পরে ‘শরীফা’ অংশে বলা হয়েছে, “শরীফা বললেন, যখন আমি তোমাদের স্কুলে পড়তাম তখন আমার নাম ছিল শরীফ আহমেদ। আনুচিং অবাক হয়ে বলল, আপনি ছেলে থেকে মেয়ে হলেন কী করে? শরীফা বললেন, আমি তখনও যা ছিলাম এখনও তাই আছি। নামটা কেবল বদলেছি। ওরা শরীফার কথা যেন ঠিকঠাক বুঝতে পারল না….।”

জানা গেছে, ২০১৩ সালের নভেম্বরে সমাজের মূলধারায় সম্পৃক্ত করার লক্ষ্যে হিজড়া জনগোষ্ঠীকে তৃতীয় লিঙ্গ হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয় সরকার। ২০১৪ সালের ২৬ জানুয়ারি হিজড়াদের রাষ্ট্রীয় স্বীকৃতি দিয়ে গেজেট প্রকাশ করা হয়।

নতুন ট্রান্সজেন্ডার আইন এবং ক্লাস ৭ এর বাচ্চাদের পাঠ্য বইয়ে ট্রান্সজেন্ডার গল্প ঢুকিয়ে তাদের মগজধোলাই করে ট্রান্সজেন্ডার বানানোর নতুন সিলেবাস।
