How to perform a SIM card registration check?

Every existing public and private telecom companies have introduced a method to perform SIM card registration for respective NID numbers. Here are the methods for each operator –

There’s a unanimous code for all operators to check SIM card registration. Dial *16001#, then a pop-up will appear on the screen. Enter the last 4 digits of the NID. Press enter and next you’ll receive a message containing the list of phone numbers that are registered under the NID.

Robi Sim Registration Check Online

Robi: For Robi users, dial *1600*3# on a registered SIM under their name. A list of phone numbers registered under that user will appear.

Grameenphone Biometric Registration Check

Airtel: Dial *121*4444# to check registered phone numbers under your name. If you want to check for a different person, use the unanimous code.

Banglalink Sim Registration Check Online

Banglalink: If you’re a Banglalink SIM user, the USSD code to check registered phone numbers under your name and NID card is *1600*2#’. There is no specified USSD code to check for different NID cards designated by Banglalink. You can use the unanimous the code to perform the SIM check.

TeleTalk Sim Registration Check Online

TeleTalk: For Teletalk users, you can check the SIM numbers registered under your name by typing ‘info’ and send an SMS to 1600.

What if there are unknown numbers registered under my NID number?

After you perform your SIM card registration check and find out one or more unidentified phone numbers that you did not register yourself or you may have lost the SIM card, report to your operator’s customer care service as soon as possible. They will remove the SIM numbers from your name and NID card. If you delay this matter, there is a fear of you being victimized in case someone commits crimes using your SIM card.
