Departments of Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET)
There are total 7 (seven) Engineering departments & almost 650 students are available in DUET (Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology). 7 (seven) Engineering departments are given below:-
- Civil Engineering (CE),
- Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE),
- Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE),
- Mechanical Engineering (ME),
- Textile Engineering (TE),
- Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) &
- Architecture Engineering (Arch).
Qualifications of applicants
- Applicants must be Bangladeshi by birth,
- Applicants must be passed in SSC/ Dakhil or equivalent exam among CGPA 3.00 (including 4th subject) out of 5.00 or must be acquire 50% marks in examinations. Applicants must be passed Diploma in Engineering or Architecture of Vocational Education Board among 3.00 out of 4.00 or must acquire 60% marks in examinations.

Those applicants were complete SSC/ Dakhil or equivalent exam in 2025 & then, they are able to participate in DUET Undergraduate Admission Test 2025-2025. Applicants can apply several departments in DUET Undergraduate Admission Test Results 2025-2025, but those applicants are interested in Architecture Technology, they can apply 1 department between Civil Engineering (CE) or Architecture Engineering (Arch).

Total 300 Marks exam will be held on Admission test. In the first paper, students have to appear in Chemistry, Physics, Math, and English. Total 20-25% marks will be in MCQ Formate.
