At first you have to collect form along with two copies of receipt from Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd.Mohammadpur branch.

You can submit the application form in any one of the channels (online/bank).
After collecting the form, you have to submitted to Pre-School Branch 73/C, Block-D, Asad Avenue, Mohammadpur, Dhaka and forms should be Filled.
The admission form should be submitted by the parent/guardian to the pre-primary wing of the school within three working days.
Those who will submit the form on the last day should submit the form on this day itself.
