Copy of attested birth certificate (must be City Corporation/Union Parishad/Municipal birth certificate)
Guardians/parents of the students who passed the lottery should meet with the Vice-Principal of the Pre-school branch and IQ and medical Test should be done.
How to apply?
- Application Time line: November 16, 2024 to December 06, 2024.
- At first you have to collect form along with two copies of receipt from Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd.Mohammadpur branch.
- Application form price: 110 Taka
- on the other hand, You can visit on https://onlineadmission.mpsc.edu.bd/ and Create a profile and pay 203 Taka via bkash to collect application form.
- You can submit the application form in any one of the channels (online/bank).
- After collecting the form, you have to submitted to Pre-School Branch 73/C, Block-D, Asad Avenue, Mohammadpur, Dhaka and forms should be Filled.
- The admission form should be submitted by the parent/guardian to the pre-primary wing of the school within three working days.
- Those who will submit the form on the last day should submit the form on this day itself.
