How to change state while you are alive:
If created a new account on 26 February 2021 and also received a Rookie Relocator item. Only new accounts get the Rookie Relocator; after finishing the first few Prologue missions, you’ll get a mailbox message with the item.
Note: If you create a new character, you will not receive the Rookie Relocator item. Because you have to manually choose a state before you can create a new character. However, the game determines the state for you when you start a new account.

If you as a gamer want to change the state you need to follow these simple steps.
Step No 1. Upgrade the HQ to level 2 then complete the Pr Log quests. The Rookie Relocator item will give you this as a reward. Only new accounts are received by Rookie Relocator. If you create a new character, you will not receive this item Of course you can switch to a new account? Also you cannot create a new account after logging out of this game.
Step No 2. Now you collect the rookie collector item from the mailbox. All players receive this item as a reward upon starting the game. Now you’re in the bottom right corner, tap on the Mail option and tap on the System tab and search for the Rookie Relocator item.
Step No 3. Go to Settings by tapping on the bottom left corner button. First you need to fix the intel building. Tap the Map button at the bottom right of the desert screen This will take you to the state map. If you want to go to the world map, you need to tap on the globe button at the bottom right corner of the state map screen.
Step No 4. Now you have to choose on the world map the state you want to join or change the current state or change the state. After selecting the state, you need to navigate to the state capital. Now you have to tap on the map option at the bottom right to switch to the map of that state.
Step No 5. Tap on the selected state map where you want to move or build a settlement base. It will zoom in on that position. Tap it again this time to join the state you must be new (less than 5 days in game). And, one item you must have is the Rookie Relocator.
If you exceed 5 days in the current state then you cannot change to the survival state.
