Class 7 English Assignment Question Answer

Duty of Parents and Teachers for a Child

It is the duty of parents to look after the proper physical and mental growth of a child. Every child should be facilitated with sports and games. They must be given the knowledge of leading a hygienic life with a suitable dress. A child should also be taught how to be gentle and kind. In school, a child should gain the best. The teachers must try heart and soul to train them properly. Parents are the first mentor of the child and the teacher is the second mentor of a child. Teachers and parents play vital roles in the holistic development of the child. Both have an immense contribution and responsibility in shaping a child’s personality.

I think the combined combination of parent’s and teacher’s contributions is the most to build up a child. Here is my opinion-

Contribution of parents:

Parents are the child’s first role model. Children behave, react, and imitate the same as their parents. Parents play important role in encouraging and motivating their kids to learn. Good parental support helps children to be positive, healthy, and good lifelong learners. Children acquire skills at the very early stage of their life if the parents are responsive and understanding.

Contribution of Teachers:

Major challenges for teachers are to nurture children’s learning and give them various experiences to face this challenging world. She molds the child to be a responsible and independent learner. The teacher is the first person from whom a child learns his social skills in school. Teachers make him comfortable and guide him through the early concepts and developmental skills of life. Open-minded, well-balanced, and a planned teacher have a great power to bring a positive change in the child’s development. As the child grows and develops mastery in different skills, a teacher becomes a real guide in nurturing his interest and learning to make him more independent.

The combined contribution of parents and teachers:

Trust and mutual understanding between parent and teacher is a real secret of a child’s happy learning. Support and Cooperativeness from parents towards teachers helps a lot to connect, understand and work towards a child. Remarkable positive change is seen in a child if the parents and teacher understand and work hand in hand. A good parent-teacher relationship leads a child to be positive towards attending school.
