KDS will issue 1.2 crore shares at a price of Tk 20 for each share with Tk 10 as premium. The Chittagong-based manufacturer of garment trims and packaging products will spend the IPO proceeds in repaying bank loan, expanding its business, and to meet expenses of IPO process, said a BSEC press release.
