Galloway was born in Florida on November 3, 1964, but he hasn’t talked much about his upbringing in interviews or speeches. However, it is known that he has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California and he graduated from the prestigious school in 1987.
Later, he made a decision to pursue higher education at University of California Haas School of Business, Berkeley. Scott also earned his MBA in 1992 and immediately began his career.
