A lotr rise to war fortress is a building that increases your troop’s operational range. Building forts far from your city will raise the restriction on how far your troops can travel. That doesn’t mean you should use the fort by sending all of your troops there.
By default, your soldiers are posted in your city, and if you construct a fort, you must keep them there if you want to take use of the new radius. The issue is that you can only station two troops there; in order to station additional men there, you will need to build another fort.

How to build a Fort in Lotr Rise to War Fortress?
Select the tile on which you wish to erect your fort, then click the Build button. The cost of construction will be high, but occasionally you might want to construct a fort outside of your radius, which is doable. Be careful where you send your troops since it will cost you 10 action points. There are several call to actions.
You should build forts on basic tiles that don’t create as many resources since when you build one on a title, it will halt resource generation and ring power on that tile. You can delete your fort if you don’t like where it is; doing so will merely occupy territory space and lower your output.
What are the Building Lists?
Uncanny Effigy

Fort
Single-square tiles are used to construct forts, which cost gold and resources. For your commanders, forts serve as outposts that increase their range of movement and reach. A commander can now move 50 tiles from a fort by choosing the Reposition option and selecting that commander. The Fort may house more Commanders after being upgraded.
Ruins
Ruins are pre-built forts that may be found all throughout Middle-Earth. You now receive the same benefits from defeating a Ruin as you do from a Fort.
Tunnel
A tunnel connects two locations while cutting through a mountain. One must claim both sides of the tunnel in order to get through. The owner, or anybody who shares their Faction, will have unrestricted movement to the other side following claim.
Crossing
A Crossing performs comparable tasks to a Tunnel, with the exception that a Crossing connects islands or geographic areas. To cross the river, one must take both sides of the crossing, just like in a tunnel.
Critical Crossing
The more powerful Crossing is a Critical Crossing. They are significantly more rare, though, and are only discovered at the main crossing points between the initial areas that each Factions controls.
Settlements
There are four distinct sorts of settlements, each of which has the same characteristics. A tactician’s base of operations is a settlement. In the Main Hall, the hub of your power, you can levy gold from the various faction quarters, purchase goods from the market, enlist and heal troops, attach those forces to commanders on standby, and view your seasonal profile. It also includes all building upgrades.
Keep
The Control Point for a Region is a Keep. All around Middle-Earth, there are 72 Control Points that are up for grabs. Control over an area lessens the damage caused by a Factions assault there. A Faction-Wide Ring Production Bonus is also offered by keeps.
