BitLife is an amazing life simulator game that is popular among many players for being realistic. Having kids is a huge part of this game, and there are a lot of options related to it. In this article, we will talk about one part in particular, and it’s about having twins.
Is it possible to have twins in Bitlife?
Many players might have wondered just how realistic the Bitlife family simulator is. The fact that it really is possible to have twins, even triplets, in this game proves that it is indeed very realistic.
However, the real question is whether it can happen naturally. The answer is that yes, it can, but the chances are very low, just like in real life. While it’s not totally unheard of, it’s very infrequent. But if you genuinely want twins, then you can make it happen by taking a more active approach. For this, you have to do some work in the Fertility tab of the game. However, it doesn’t guarantee having twins; just increases the chances of it happening.
How to have twins in Bitlife?
There are two ways to have twins in Bitlife. Neither way is guaranteed to give you what you want on the first try. So, the trick is to keep trying. Here are the methods:
Artificial Insemination
This option in the Fertility section is only available for AFAB (Assigned Female At Birth) people in the game. AMAB players will not be able to go through Artificial Insemination as they cannot get pregnant. Another thing to note is that females above the age of 50 cannot go through the process either, as they will be considered too old for it. So if your character is a female below the age of 50, you can try out for the Artificial Insemination process.
If your character is a male, you will instead have the option to donate. In this case, you will get $40-$80 for the sperm donation. You can only donate once a year. Moreover, if you have looks or smarts under 30%, your donation offer will be rejected. There are other reasons why it may be rejected. For example, if you’re too old or for “Unspecified” reasons. These reasons include having a disease, having too many children, donating too many times, or having a criminal record.
Now, the process does not really guarantee the birth of twins or triplets in the game, though it increases the likelihood by a mile. But to get what you want, you can choose to restart the game. When the result of the Artificial Insemination arrives, you will get a notification about it. If the notification does not indicate that you’re getting twins or triplets, you can choose to reject the prompt.
After you reject it, close the BitLife app and reopen it, restarting the whole process. That way, you will get yourself a new result. Keep closing and reopening the app until you finally get a twin or triplet notification.
In relation to this, it is worth noting that successful artificial insemination will cause you to have an argument with your partner if you are in a heterosexual relationship. This does not usually happen for same-sex couples.
IVF
Both male and female characters in the game can pursue this fertility option. This is usually for when the characters cannot get pregnant without intervention. The chances of having twins in the IVF procedure are higher than in the previous one.
You can ask your partner for an IVF when you need it. They can refuse, and it can lead to an argument. If they accept, you can go through with the procedure, but there is no guarantee of success. If it is a failure, you can try again after a whole year has passed. It cannot be retried before that.
But if you succeed, then you will get pregnant. There is already a good enough chance to have twins or triplets this time. But if it doesn’t happen, you can do what you did earlier during Artificial Insemination. Exit the app, close it, and reopen it to get new results. Keep repeating until you get what you want. You might have to do it multiple times, but if you are determined to get twins, then this is your best shot.
In conclusion, you can have twins in BitLife, but you might have to put a lot of effort into making it happen.
