Dwalin build rise to war: Dwalin’s build is one of the strongest in the lower tier list of commanders, along with Khamul, having above average numbers for Might and Speed. Haldir is another well-known figure from Lord of the Rings mythology and Dwarven legend.
The first thing you should note and acknowledge about Dwalin, a Tier 1 Commander in LOTR Rise To War, is that his base trait is “Warrior.” Dwalin will receive a 10% boost, +2 skill points, and +25 Might from the “Warrior” trait. Might is Dwalin’s best stat. Might boost the physical damage inflicted on opposing commanders and units.

Level 0 Build
“Experienced Warrior” is the first of the two main skills available at initially. When the “Experienced Warrior” talent is active, (Commander) will receive +% damage from normal attacks. The “Experienced Warrior” talent also grants Haldir a +10 bonus to damage against melee troops at level cap.
This talent is good for adding damage. Your early-game focus should be on developing this key skill. The fact that the “Experienced Warrior” skill is referred to as a “title” rather than a “skill” indicates that it will function as a passive skill once you have unlocked it and invested a skill point in it. The cooldown for this ability is two rounds.
The “Musician” major skill will increase Dwalin’s army’s speed and defense by +%. Spend points on it if you need more Speed or Defense because this talent is one you might use frequently because it doesn’t grant burst buffs, which are actually beneficial.
Level 3 Build
You can unlock and level up Dwalin’s third major skill, “Durin’s Blood,” which when activated will grant (Commander) Skill Damage +% during combat buff, after your respect for him reaches level three.
As soon as you unlock this skill tree, you should concentrate on it, and you should max it out. The fact that “Durin’s Blood” is referred to as a “title” rather than a “skill” indicates that it will function as a passive skill once you have unlocked it and invested a skill point in it. These stats increase when the skill levels up, just like they do for all other main skills. When “Durin’s Blood” reaches its maximum level, Dwaling will gain an extra +15 Might points.
It is highly advised to maximize “Durin’s Blood,” and if necessary, reset skill points if you put too many in “Musician” and spend them in this main skill + “Whirlwind” and “All-In” because these are all “skill” and every attack made by skills will typically do insane amounts of damage with “Durin’s Blood” boost.
Level 5 Build
Finally, once your relationship with Dwalin reaches level 5, you will be able to unlock and level up his fourth main skill, “Warrior of Lonely Mountain,” which will benefit the allied army by reducing the amount of physical damage it takes.
You should absolutely max this out along with “Durin’s Blood” as your main emphasis in the late game. These stats increase when the skill levels up, just like they do for all other main skills. The army will get bonuses when the “Warrior of Lonely Mountain” talent reaches its maximum level, which will reduce the amount of Burn damage it takes.
The fact that the “Warrior of Lonely Mountain” skill is referred to as a “title” rather than a “skill” indicates that it will function as a passive skill once you have acquired it and invested a skill point in it.
You will always have a talent point to invest in your Commander’s skill tree when they level up. The skill tree of Dwalin has four core skills, and as a result, four distinct focal points, which we shall discuss in this article. Keep in mind that after you level up each of these four main talents to level 2, you will be able to access the two additional skills that are tied to them. You will start with two main skills at Commander Respect level 0.
