Educational requirement:
Applicants should have MBA/MBM/MBS/Masters in Banking, Marketing, HRM, Management, Accounting, Finance, International Business, Statistics, MIS, AIS / Masters in Economics, English from any UCG Government recognized university.
Every Applicant has to Minimum 02 (two) first division/class or CGPA 3 out of 4 and 4 out of 5 and No 3rd division/class or CGPA below 2.5 is not acceptable to apply for the post of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Probationary Officer 2014.
Eligibility of Application:
- Applicants Age could not be over 30 (thirty) years old as on last date of application.
- Applicants have to good command over computer MS office packages.
- Applicants shall have to provide a Surety Bond with willing to serve the BCBL Bank for a minimum period of 03 years (without probation period).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
After finally selected candidates will have to go 1 (one) year probation period with a monthly combined salary of Tk. 30,000/-. When probationary period will successfully complete, they shall be confirmed as “First Executive Officer” and will be permitted as per the regular scale of pay.
