Eligible investors will be able to apply for IPO shares of Associated Oxygen through an electronic subscription system on 10th September from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Those who have invested at least 1 crore taka in the existing market price of listed securities as on September 2 can apply for the company’s fixed price-based IPO shares. These eligible investors will have to pay the full amount of IPO subscription and Tk 3,000 subscription fee through Citibank Limited by 2 pm on September 18.
Associated Oxygen Limited IPO
The company received a letter of approval from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) last month to start fundraising for the IPO. The company’s IPO application date was then set.
It may be mentioned that the IPO of Associated Oxygen Limited was approved at the 732 Commission meeting of BSEC on July 16. The company will issue 1.5 crore shares at a face value of Tk 10. Through this, they will raise Tk 15 crore from the capital market. The money raised will be used to build new stocks and new plant sheds, purchase new equipment, repay bank loans and meet the cost of the IPO process.

For the year ended June 30, 2021, the company’s average earnings per share (EPS) was 1 taka 51 paise. Excluding revaluation on June 30, the net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 17.37. BD Finance Capital Holdings Limited is in charge of issue management of the company.
