The company has expressed its intention to collect Taka 2 crore from the capital market offering 2 Crore (Two Crore) shares to issue share prices at Taka 10 as face value. The company’s earning Per Shares (EPS) Taka 1.41 and Net Asset Value (NAV) Taka 14.61 according to the audited financial statement of 30 June 2024. Imperial Capital Limited and FAS Capital Management Limited have acted on behalf of for the company’s issue managers. The company will spend the capital in buying machineries, setting up the administrative building and factory and other relevant divisions.
