  1. Head of Brand & Communication: SAVP/VP

Requirement:

  • Should hold Post Graduation degree/ MBA preferably major in Marketing from a reputed university
  • Should have minimum 8 years’ experience in Marketing/ Brand & Communication in reputed Private
  • Commercial Bank/ MNC
  • Having good liaison with the media and related stakeholders
  • Age should not be more than 40 years as on 31 May 2015
  1. Manager, Human Resource: SPO/ AVP

Requirement:

  • Should hold Post Graduation degree/ MBA preferably major in HRM from a reputed university
  • Should have minimum 8 years’ experience in Human Resources Division in reputed Private Commercial Bank/ MNC
  • Age should not be more than 40 years as on 31 May 2015
  1. Credit Risk Management (CRM): Officer — SPO

Requirement:

  • For Officer-SPO: should have 02-06 years’ experience in CRM in reputed Private Commercial Bank preferably in Project Finance/ Working Capital Finance/ Structured Finance/SME finance
  • Should hold Post Graduation degree/ MBA preferably major in Finance from a reputed university
  • Age should not be more than 40 years as on 31 May 2015
  1. Credit Administration Department (CAD): Junior Of?cerl Officer & AVP/SAVP

Requirement:

  • For JO/ Officer: 01-02 years’ experience in Credit Admin & monitoring of accounts in reputed Private Commercial Bank will be given preference
  • For AVP/ SAVP: Should have 07-10 years’ experience in Corporate Credit Admin including legal side
  • Should hold Post Graduation degree/ MBA preferably major in Finance from a reputed university
  • Age should not be more than 40 years as on 31 May 2015
  1. Internal Control & Compliance: SO/ PO/ SPO

Requirement:

  • Should hold Post Graduation degree/MBA preferably major in Finance/Banking/Commerce/ Law from a reputed university
  • Should have minimum OS years’ experience in Internal Control and Compliance in reputed Private Commercial Bank
  • In depth Understanding of Banking regulations and Practices
  • Age should not be more than 35 years as on 31 May 2015
