Are you interested to apply for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Job Circular 2024? Then download the dghs application form form www.dghs.gov.bd. You have to fill out the application form personal details informaiton, with passport size photograph along with other relevant information (educational, personal) are required. Then send the application form with required papers by post office within the application last date.
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Terms of application:
- Attracted candidates have to submit application to own district’s Civil Surgeon.
- Attracted candidates have to write own name, mother’s name, father’s/husband’s name, own district, age, nationality, present address, permanent address, religion, name of post, date of birth, educational qualification & experience (if have) & also signature in application form.
- 3rd March (Tuesday) 2024 will be the finished date of application.
- Incomplete & defective application won’t be allowed.
- For application charge Attracted candidates have to pay BDT. 100 for 3rd class posts & BDT. 50 for 4th class posts.
- Attracted candidates won’t get any TA/DA bill from authority.
- Attracted candidates have to bring written exam’s admit card & main certificate with them in viva/practical test.
- Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) authority has the right to increase or decrease any posts & Addition, Correction & change anything about the job.
