Earlier, Energypac power had initiated to float its shares in the capital market under the book building method setting an indicative price at Tk 61 each share based on the offer price submitted by 28 entities. LankaBangla Investments Limited, the issue manager of the company’s IPO, is responsible for the issue management of the company.

Energypac Power Generation IPO subscription for shares of the company through an electronic subscription system under the book-building method will continue until 5:30 pm on December 13, according to the company’s abridged prospectus published on Monday.
