BSRM IPO Result, Application Form & Prospectus 2024 Download. A commission meeting held at the office of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) had taken the decisions. Bangladesh securities regulator on Tuesday approved the IPO proposal of Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills (BSRM) that will increase a fund worth TK 612.5 million under fixed price system. BSRM’s issue manager is Alliance Finance Services. This company is very familiar in Bangladesh.
The company will raise a fund worth BDT 612.5 million for the purpose of company’s extension, refund of bank loan and to bear the expenses of IPO process. The BSRM will delegate 17.5 million ordinary shares at an offer price TK 35 with premium TK 25 for each TK 10 share.
The financial statement of 31st December 2013, BSRM’s EPS (Earnings per Share) is TK 5.06 and NAV (Net Asset Value) is and TK 52.09 non refundable.
