The written examinations for 35th BCS will begin from Tuesday (September 1) and will continue till October 10.
Test of the compulsory subjects will end on September 7 while the examinations for post-related subjects will continue from September 9 to October 10.
The written tests will be held simultaneously in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Barisal, Khulna, Sylhet and Rangpur centers, Diana Islam, public relations officer of Bangladesh Public Service Commission told AllResultBD.com on Thursday.
Public Service Commission (PSC) examination controller (cadre) AIM Nesar Uddin told banglanews that they have completed their preparations for written examinations, to be held simultaneously at seven divisional headquarters.
He further said that the examinees will not be allowed to use calculators during their examinations of compulsory subjects, except math, physics, statistics, accounting, computer science, electronics and engineering.
A PSC press release said that the authorities concerned will take punitive measures to them, who will carry any kind of electronic communication equipment, books and bags at the examination hall.
35th BCS preliminary examinations Result were published on April 8 with 20,391 candidates coming out successful. The successful candidates of the preliminary test will take part in the written examinations.Some 244,107 candidates took part in the preliminary test held on March 6.
